Junior Factory Production Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Factory Production Coordinator to support daily production activities across all factory departments including carpentry, metal, upholstery, aluminum, and painting. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring shop floor progress, coordinating between departments, and ensuring timely execution of production tasks.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years’ experience in joinery manufacturing or factory coordination.
• Basic understanding of joinery production processes.
• Ability to read basic shop drawings.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and basic computer knowledge (Excel preferred).
• Willing to work in Sharjah Main Office.
Responsibilities Duties:
This role requires strong floor presence, coordination skills, and regular follow-up with internal teams and external suppliers
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and update daily production progress across departments.
• Coordinate with Division Managers to track workflow and resolve delays.
• Follow up on material requirements with procurement and external suppliers (glass, marble, hardware, etc.).
• Ensure smooth handover of work between departments.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the Planning Manager.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation and ERP updates.
