SAP PaPM Consultant
Job Description
A SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) Consultant with Sustainability experience plays a critical role in helping organizations design, model, and execute profitability, cost, and ESG?aligned performance processes. This role combines strong financial modeling capabilities with deep understanding of sustainability frameworks and SAP’s sustainability solutions.
Responsibilities Duties:
Requirements:
• Consultant with 10-12 years of experience with strong Financial reporting and SAP Profitability and Performance Management capabilities
• Has strong accounting capabilities and understanding of costing and profitability drivers
• Should have strong capabilities in Business scenario modeling and simulation to derive profitability across different dimensions of product lines, customers and performance against different KPIs including ESG
• Have good understanding of Compliance requirements including Sustainability ones and has an understanding of key drivers for carbon footprint and how to capture them from different data sources.
• Have strong co-ordination capabilities due to need to co-ordinate with other data sources- both SAP and non SAP.
• Work together with 2 other Capgemini consultants of SAP EHS background and be open to strengthening own capabilities around sustainability and SAP ESG reporting in 2-3 months timeframe.
• Have experience of working in a multi vendor environment and help mine additional opportunities in the eco-system
