About the Client:
A premium bakery brand in Dubai known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining flavors with contemporary innovation.

Qualifications:
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within F&B, hospitality, or retail, with strong expertise in executing 360° campaigns (online and offline) across multi-branch brand environments.
• Proven track record in leading events, activations, collaborations, and strategic partnerships, supported by an established network across malls, media, and lifestyle brands, and experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of F&B consumer behaviour with a creative yet hands-on approach, strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while turning insights into actionable results.

Responsibilities Duties:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, social, in-store, outdoor, events, and activations aligning campaigns with revenue, brand positioning, and customer acquisition goals.
• Oversee brand consistency, product launches, and seasonal promotions while managing influencers, media, sponsorships, pop-ups, and strategic partnerships to maximize exposure.
• Manage social media, paid campaigns, SEO, and analytics monitoring KPIs, ROI, and optimizing performance based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support new store openings and local marketing, manage budgets effectively, and deliver clear monthly and quarterly performance reports.
