Job Description
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration at C2 level or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they integrate with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in multicultural teams and client environments, preferably in the UAE or the GCC region.
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities Duties:
This role acts as the SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert for the entire scope of SF project (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Mgt, SAP HCM) and liaise between HC business stakeholders, SuccessFactors team from clients' implementation partner & multiple other departments like Security team ensuring that all HC business requirements are clearly understood and delivered efficiently within an Agile framework.
