Job Description
A well-established distributor group in Dubai, serving the Middle East with multi-national brands in FMCG, Household & SDA.
Qualifications:
§ 45 years and below.
§ At least 10 years of sales experience in FMCG or related products
§ Coming from an MNC (Multinational Corporation) handling known brands or groups.
§ Owning a car is an advantage.
Responsibilities Duties:
§ Formulate and execute sales strategies strictly aligned with approved business plans and budgets.
§ Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across channels, with corrective action taken immediately in case of deviation.
§ Gross profit achievement and Margin control
§ Exercise direct control and supervision over Key Account Mangers, Executives, Merchandisers, and Sales Coordinators
