Job Description

As Senior Brand Marketing Associate you will lead the planning and execution of brand activations and retail marketing initiatives across the Homeware Division, supporting key maisons including Tanagra, Baccarat, Christofle, Daum, and Bernardaud across regional markets.

The role is primarily focused on end-to-end event and activation execution, ensuring seamless delivery of brand experiences across stores, malls, and partner locations. This position acts as a central coordinator between internal teams, external partners, and retail stakeholders to bring marketing concepts to life while maintaining luxury brand standards and operational excellence.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, events, or retail marketing
  • Proven experience managing events and activations end-to-end
  • Experience working across multiple brands or markets preferred
  • Luxury retail or lifestyle industry experience is highly desirable
  • Fluent English and Arabic speaking preferred

Responsibilities Duties:

Events & Brand Activations (Lead Responsibility)

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of brand events and activations across regional markets
  • Develop event concepts aligned with brand objectives and commercial priorities
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, suppliers, and operational planning
  • Coordinate agency partners where applicable, or manage activations independently when required
  • Oversee all event phases including:
    • Pre-event planning and communication
    • On-ground execution, guest and stakeholder management
    • Post-event reporting, recap, and performance evaluation
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and luxury experience standards

Store Animations & Retail Activations

  • Plan and execute in-store animations, seasonal activations, and commercial initiatives
  • Work closely with retail and VM teams to drive store traffic and client engagement
  • Ensure smooth operational rollout across multiple locations and markets
  • Support implementation of campaign launches within retail environments

Trade Marketing & Commercial Initiatives

  • Coordinate trade offers, promotional activations, and retail-driven marketing initiatives
  • Align activation calendars with commercial and sales priorities
  • Ensure communication and execution consistency across markets and stores
  • Track activation performance and support reporting on results

Mall Management & External Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as main point of contact with mall marketing teams for activations and campaigns
  • Manage submission of marketing plans, permits, visuals, and required documentation
  • Coordinate promotional opportunities and mall-led marketing initiatives
  • Ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met across locations

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, PR, VM, Retail, CRM, and Digital teams
  • Align internal stakeholders throughout planning and execution phases
  • Coordinate external suppliers, production partners, and agencies
  • Ensure clear communication flow before, during, and after activations

Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Manage budgets, purchase orders, and supplier follow-ups related to activations
  • Maintain detailed activation calendars and execution trackers
  • Prepare post-event reports including performance insights and learnings
  • Identify opportunities to optimize execution efficiency and impact
