Sales Team Leader
Job Description
Seeking a driven Sales Team Leader for an outdoor, field-based role focused on generating new business and leading sales growth across corporate, retail, and event segments. This is not a desk-based position. We are looking for someone who is proactive in the market, builds relationships face-to-face, and drives revenue through direct client engagement.
Responsibilities Duties:
Requirements:
3–5+ years of sales experience (luxury retail, events, gifting, hospitality preferred)
• Proven experience in outdoor / field sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• UAE market knowledge is highly preferred

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
