PA/House Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a candidate who enjoys a varied role and has worked in a private household previously. You will be highly organised and be able to pivot quickly between private and corporate responsibilities, showing great attention to detail with strong discretion. Our client is seeking UAE experience and candidates must (like and not be allergic) to pets, cats in particular.
This role is not a full-time role, however hours are dictated by travel commitments and seasonal activities, so there can be weeks when things are very busy in UAE and weeks ( summer especially) where there is a lot more flexibility.
Responsibilities Duties:
On behalf of our client, a highly regarded business couple in the region, we are seeking an experienced and discreet individual to support them from their private residence in Dubai.
The role will oversee the day-to-day running of the home and act as a central point of coordination across the household, with vendors, and will also manage personal administration for this busy couple. The role will also include structured Personal Assistant support related to both of their business activities, as home and work schedules naturally integrate.
PA responsibilities would incorporate, diary management for both personal and business interests, personal shopping, extensive travel coordination and holiday planning. There is an element finance administration, managing the expenses and credit card reconciliation, invoice payments etc.
Additionally, the role oversees the activities of the maid and driver of the house and looks after all household logistics and procurement and manages all maintenance contractors.
Our clients do entertain at the house regularly and support with social hosting, hiring staff and being creative with themes and decoration is a lovely part of this role.
