Senior Content And Brand Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Content & Brand Executive to own and deliver our day-to-day content and brand expression across channels.
This role will be responsible for translating overarching marketing strategy into consistent, high-quality content and brand output. The successful candidate will bring strong editorial judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to execute confidently across digital, social and supporting brand materials.
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in content, brand or marketing roles
• Strong writing ability with a clear, confident tone
• Experience managing content calendars and production workflows
• Understanding of LinkedIn and agency-style content positioning
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with analytics tools and social platform insights
Responsibilities Duties:
Content Ownership & Planning
• Develop and maintain a structured content plan aligned to marketing priorities
• Own monthly and quarterly content calendars
• Translate strategic themes into practical, engaging content outputs
• Ensure consistency in cadence, quality and messaging
Brand Application & Tone of Voice
• Apply and protect the company’s tone of voice across all channels
• Ensure all external-facing content aligns with brand positioning and standards
• Support the evolution of brand guidelines where necessary
• Maintain visual and verbal consistency across platforms
Content Creation & Production
• Write and produce content for LinkedIn, website, emailers and other owned channels
• Develop case studies, campaign summaries and thought leadership pieces
• Coordinate with designers and videographers to bring ideas to life
• Support scriptwriting and narrative development for video content
Visibility & Communications Support
• Support announcements, award submissions and company updates
• Assist with industry visibility initiatives and content amplification
• Draft external communications including newsletters and client updates
Performance & Optimisation
• Monitor content performance across channels
• Identify optimisation opportunities and refine content accordingly
• Report on key engagement and reach metrics
Internal Collaboration
• Proactively gather insights, updates and case studies from internal teams
• Work closely with client leads to translate campaign outcomes into compelling narratives
• Maintain organised workflows and content production timelines
