Job Description

We are hiring a Relationship Manager to acquire and grow High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) client relationships in the UAE. The role focuses on new client acquisition, premium relationship coverage, and advising clients through risk profiling and a need-based product approach aligned to investment/trading requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience

-Minimum 8–10+ years in relationship management / wealth management / brokerage or relevant financial services role (HNI client segment).
-Proven track record of HNI/UHNI acquisition and relationship growth in the UAE market (network strength is critical).
-Strong knowledge of capital markets / trading products (e.g., equities, derivatives, FX, commodities, indices—depending on desk).
-Demonstrated ability to build business through referrals and networking.
-Experience conducting risk profiling / suitability discussions with clients.
-Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities Duties:

-Acquire preferred HNI & UHNI clients and consistently grow the active client base through referrals, networking, and channel partnerships.
-Manage allocated clients via regular telephone and in-person engagement, ensuring a premium service experience.
-Conduct risk profiling/suitability for mapped clients to support better advisory on investment and trading requirements.
-Formulate and execute sales plans to acquire new HNI customers and increase market penetration.
-Maintain a proactive approach to improving Capital Markets knowledge via continuous self-learning and training provided by the company.
-Liaise with internal client-facing teams to ensure a high standard of service and smooth client onboarding/coverage.
-Ensure a need-based product approach and drive appropriate product penetration across the client book.
