F&B Service Expert
Job Description
The F&B Service Expert is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service experiences by providing professional, personalized, and efficient service to guests. The role ensures high standards of hospitality, maintains product knowledge, and supports restaurant operations to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer service environments.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and hospitality standards.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent customer service and guest engagement abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic and additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, courteous, and professional food and beverage service.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare and arrange dining areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery situations professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the dining experience.
- Assist in setting up special events, banquets, and promotional activities as required.
