CCTV Operator
Job Description
The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets. The role involves observing live and recorded video feeds, identifying suspicious activities, responding to security incidents, maintaining accurate records, and supporting security operations in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional training in Security Operations or Surveillance Systems is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience as a CCTV Operator, Security Control Room Operator, or Surveillance Officer.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, and security monitoring procedures.
- Familiarity with incident reporting and emergency response protocols.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using surveillance management software.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to detect security threats, suspicious activities, and policy violations.
- Conduct continuous surveillance of assigned premises, facilities, and restricted areas.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations by notifying appropriate personnel.
- Review and retrieve recorded footage for investigations and incident reporting purposes.
- Maintain detailed logs of observations, incidents, and actions taken during assigned shifts.
- Coordinate with security teams, management, and law enforcement authorities when necessary.
- Ensure proper operation and functionality of CCTV equipment and report technical issues promptly.
- Perform routine system checks and maintain surveillance records in accordance with company procedures.
- Enforce access control procedures and support overall security operations.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of surveillance information and recorded data.
