Land Surveyor
Job Description
We are looking for a Land Surveyor who can join our team and grow with us.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 8–12+ years of experience in land surveying within construction and high-rise projects
• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
• Good understanding of UAE surveying standards and authority requirements
• UAE driving license preferred

Responsibilities Duties:
• Conduct topographic and construction surveys
• Perform accurate setting out of points, lines, and levels
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and as-built documentation
• Operate and maintain Total Stations, GPS equipment, and Levels
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and RTA standards
