Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is responsible for operating as an advanced clinical provider delivering diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative healthcare services. The role ensures the successful execution of complete physical examinations, diagnostic testing evaluations, and specialized treatment prescribing regimens while focusing on patient-centered recovery and safety.
Required Qualifications * Master’s or Doctoral degree in Advanced Practice Nursing (for NPs) or a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant track (for PAs).

Active, unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or PA license in Indiana.

National Board Certification in respective clinical specialization (Family, Adult, or Acute Medicine).
Preferred Skills * Deep clinical diagnosis capability, technical procedural skills, and independent decision-making qualities.

Excellent communicative empathy and structural capability to direct patient health literacy.
Experience Required 1–2 years of professional clinical experience operating as an advanced practice provider is preferred, though exceptional new graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute patient healthcare evaluations, taking medical histories and tracking chronic illnesses.

Prepare comprehensive treatment blueprints, ordering labs, radiographic scans, and coordinating specialist referrals.

Prescribe pharmacologic therapeutics, controlled substances, and medical equipment devices according to state codes.

Coordinate with collaborating primary physicians, medical assistants, and regional specialist networks.

Monitor ongoing treatment outcomes and promptly address adverse reactions or lack of patient clinical progress.

Maintain absolute accuracy within Electronic Health Records (EHR), satisfying all documentation guidelines.
