The Finance Director is responsible for supervising, steering, and safeguarding the financial operations, internal accounting systems, and treasury metrics of the organization. The role ensures the successful execution of corporate financial planning, annual general ledger reconciliations, and capital expenditure assessments while reinforcing regulatory transparency and driving optimal financial performance.
Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, or Business Administration.

5+ years of progressive management experience directing corporate finance or accounting departments.

Verifiable expertise with advanced corporate ERP platforms and financial reporting modules.
Preferred Skills * Analytical financial engineering, expert spreadsheet modeling, and strategic corporate planning talents.

Experience Required 5+ years of relevant experience acting as a finance controller, senior accounting manager, or division director with proven team supervision.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing workflows across the accounting department.

Prepare detailed variance evaluations, corporate tax filings, financial forecasts, and cash management profiles.

Define internal accounting controls, data security overrides, and operational spending boundaries.

Coordinate with executive directors, external banking agencies, operational auditors, and institutional controllers.
