Job Description
A market leading real estate agency in Dubai is looking for a Community Executive.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in customer-facing roles within 5-star hotels (preferred), mixed-use properties such as co-working spaces, or commercial environments including malls.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing CRM systems (Monday.com, Shopify, Airtable), ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Clear English communication skills required, with Arabic language proficiency preferred, along with a professional appearance and strong client interaction skills.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Customer Facing role throughout the day addressing resident concerns, providing community-related information, and ensuring a positive service experience across all touchpoints.
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new tenants, ensuring smooth integration into the community.
- Handling all incoming and outgoing calls from residents, service provider coordination, vendors and calls on behalf of community management.
- Maintaining call logs, complaint records, meeting notes, and ensuring timely follow-ups through the CRM system.
