- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; advanced degrees or certifications as an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience practicing corporate law, preferably within a top-tier law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate laws and regulations, with an understanding of international legal frameworks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to handle multiple complex assignments effectively under tight deadlines.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and commitment to client service excellence.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Provide expert legal counsel on corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, and contractual issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents ensuring risk mitigation and alignment with client objectives.
- Advise clients on regulatory and statutory compliance within Saudi Arabia and international jurisdictions where applicable.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to strategize legal approaches and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting corporate and commercial matters.
- Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions, maintaining the firm's high standards of client service.
