Job Description

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary supporting a CEO, Director, or senior executive, preferably within the Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, or Service industry.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, time management, and written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with strong report writing and presentation preparation skills.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO by managing calendars, meetings, correspondence, confidential documents, and ensuring daily priorities are well-organized and executed.
- Coordinate local and international business travel, including flights, hotels, visas, itineraries, and logistics, while arranging executive meetings, client appointments, and company events.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, quotations, contracts, minutes of meetings, and business correspondence, while following up with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action items.
- Act as the CEO's right hand by handling administrative and operational tasks, liaising with clients, suppliers, and partners, maintaining organized records, and proactively supporting special projects and business initiatives
