Job Description

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for executing day-to-day office operations, managing internal communications, and providing structured administrative support to departmental teams. The role ensures the successful execution of meeting schedules, document organization, and visitor coordination while maintaining high standards of workplace efficiency.

Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration or a matching discipline.

  • 2+ years of professional administrative, clerical, or secretarial experience in a corporate setting.

  • High proficiency with productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Preferred Skills * Exceptional organizational dexterity, time management, and multi-tasking capabilities.

  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication style.

Experience Required * 2+ years of relevant experience coordinating office workflows, tracking meeting minutes, or managing professional calendars.

Responsibilities Duties:

Coordinate and execute daily office administrative tasks, including mail sorting, supply procurement, and front-desk hosting.

  • Prepare weekly meeting agendas, professional internal memos, and travel itineraries for company executives.

  • Maintain organized physical and digital archiving systems for corporate records and invoice tracking.

  • Coordinate with departmental managers, external vendors, and IT support services.

  • Monitor administrative spending and promptly flag budget variances or supply shortages.

  • Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive business documents and employee records.
