The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for compiling, verifying, and entering high volumes of raw information into corporate databases with absolute precision and speed. The role ensures the successful execution of secure data formatting, record reconciliation, and digital archiving while maintaining strict privacy protocols and system hygiene.

Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in computer science or clerical tasks is valued.

  • 1–2 years of professional data entry, administrative support, or typing-intensive database operations experience.

  • Verifiable typing speed of 50+ WPM with an elite accuracy rate.

Preferred Skills * Exceptional concentration, strict attention to detail, and comfort managing repetitive data workflows.

  • Deep familiarity with alphanumeric keyboard setups, Excel operations, and basic ERP entry interfaces.

Responsibilities Duties:

Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute the daily input of customer details, transaction histories, and operational metrics into database systems.

  • Prepare compiled data sheets, cross-verification summaries, and record reconciliation reports.

  • Review source documents carefully to identify and correct data typing errors, omissions, or processing anomalies.

  • Coordinate with database administrators, data analysts, and customer support departments.

  • Monitor incoming data queues and promptly address backlog pressures or formatting inconsistencies.

  • Maintain absolute compliance with corporate data protection mandates (GDPR) and information security protocols.
