Job Description
The Procurement Officer is responsible for purchasing raw materials, operational equipment, and company services in a cost-effective and timely manner. The role ensures the successful execution of purchase orders, supplier evaluation programs, and delivery trackings while maintaining transparent, ethical sourcing standards and budget discipline.
Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a matching analytical discipline.

4+ years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain analysis.

Practical experience working with corporate ERP procurement modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Preferred Skills * Solid commercial negotiation, pricing comparison, and strategic supplier relationship management talents.

Experience Required * 4+ years of relevant experience drafting purchase orders, evaluating vendor bids, or tracking delivery timelines.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute procurement cycles, managing material purchase orders from initial requests to final delivery.

Prepare compiled supplier pricing structures, comparison matrix worksheets, and monthly spending analyses.
