Job Description
Our client is an international fashion company with its products being sold in over 90 countries across Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Oceania and the Middle East. They have around 3,100 branded retail stores in 47 countries globally and employ more than 25,000 people.
The Basics:
• International experience is mandatory
* Absolute first class fluency in spoken and written English is critical for this role.
• Must be a mature sparring partner for our manager for all HR related topics.
• Someone who is diplomatic but also can be persistent to achieve company and HR goals
• Hands on, as a lot of processes are not in place right now.
• Must have a good business understanding.
Qualifications and Attributes
• Minimum of 3 years expertise in all relevant HR topics, including processes, policy making, recruiting, UAE labor law, talent and project management
• Experience in working in an international and fast paced environment
• Degree in the field of Economics, Human Resources or comparable disciplines is mandatory
• A positive mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities
• The ability to successfully combine an entrepreneurial mindset with HR tasks
• Results and solution-oriented actions combined with a pragmatic approach
• A flexible, resilient personality with a proactive attitude and hands-on mentality
* Absolute fluency in both written and spoken English is required and will be tested at interview

Responsibilities Duties:
The Responsibilities:
• Implementation of the regional people strategy and processes
• Management of the entire people cycle, including selection procedures, onboarding and offboarding, as well as support with contractual matters
• Advising and coaching line managers regarding employee management and development, succession planning and employment law agendas
• Implementation and coordination of People Team initiatives, such as employee surveys, annual growth talks and team events
• Designing and implementing training programs to promote employee development
• Serving as an Ambassador of the corporate culture in internal and external communication
• Close, cross-departmental collaboration with all stakeholders in the company
• Active support of HR related decision-making in the role of a sparring partner for teams and management
