Junior Document Controller
Job Description
The Document Controller will manage project documentation, maintain document control systems, and ensure accurate distribution and filing of project records.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in construction document control.
• Knowledge of Aconex, EDMS, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain project document control registers.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Track submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and approvals.
• Ensure document version control.
• Archive and retrieve project documents.
• Generate document control reports.
