Site Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Dubai.
Qualifications:
- Male, Indian national, 25–36 years old.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in the industrial, manufacturing, construction, or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards, worksite procedures, manpower supervision, equipment handling, and quality control with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must have a valid UAE driver's license.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
- Lead manpower allocation, monitor daily work progress, and ensure the proper utilization of tools, equipment, and materials on site.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to maintain smooth site operations and timely project completion.
- Enforce company policies, HSE standards, and quality requirements while preparing accurate reports on manpower, progress, and site activities.
