Microsoft Copilot Agent Developer
Job Description
We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and business process automation solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop Copilot Studio agents, automate workflows, and integrate Microsoft 365 services.
• 3–4 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, Outlook, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Strong Power Apps development experience.
• Strong Power Automate development experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, connectors and integration patterns.
• Experience with Dataverse and Power Platform administration is preferred.
• Understanding of security, governance and environment management within Power Platform.
• Good analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities Duties:
• Design, develop, test and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
• Build conversational AI experiences integrated with Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven where applicable) for business solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate cloud flows and approval workflows.
• Integrate Copilot agents with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Dataverse and other Microsoft services.
• Work with Microsoft Graph APIs, connectors and REST APIs where required.
• Implement security, governance and best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing Copilot and Power Platform solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs and knowledge transfer documents.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver production-ready solutions.
• 6 Months to 12 Months Contract.
