Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high end interior projects across the UAE.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a Tier 1 fit out contractor
- Strong track record delivering high end interior projects in the UAE
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Excellent leadership, programme, and client management skills
Responsibilities Duties:
Reporting to the Projects Director, you will take full ownership of project delivery from mobilisation through to handover, managing programme, budget, quality, and client relationships on high value fit out projects.
- Lead the delivery of fit out projects across high rises, hotels, and large scale commercial
- Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources to ensure on time, on budget delivery
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the senior point of contact
- Drive quality, safety, and commercial performance across the project
