EHS Officer
Job Description
We are seeking an Environement, Health and Safety Officer with construction industry experience to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across project sites. The role involves conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring adherence to company and statutory HSE standards.
Key Requirements
• 1-3 years of EHS experience in the construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of UAE construction HSE regulations, safety standards, and procedures.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
• Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and coordinate with site teams.
Responsibilities Duties:
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor the proper use of PPE and safe work practices on site.
• Support toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness programs.
• Maintain HSE documentation, incident reports, and inspection records.
• Assist in incident investigations and ensure timely reporting of safety observations.
