Job Description
- Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees and customers.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Perform hardware replacement, upgrades, imaging, and device deployment.
- Support user accounts, passwords, permissions, and basic Active Directory/Entra ID tasks.
- Configure network devices such as switches, routers, access points, and other IT equipment at a basic level.
- Perform preventive maintenance and hardware inspections.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, equipment movements, and device records.
- Respond to service tickets and document troubleshooting and resolution steps.
- Escalate complex infrastructure or application issues to L2/L3 teams.
- Support office moves, new-site setups, and IT equipment installations.
- Follow IT security, health & safety, and company IT procedures.
- Travel to different customer/company sites when required
Responsibilities Duties:
- Previous experience as a Field IT Technician, Desktop Support Technician, IT Support Technician, or similar role.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Hardware troubleshooting and PC/laptop repair experience.
- Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Familiarity with Active Directory / Entra ID.
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to different locations.
- English: professional working proficiency.
- Polish: often preferred or required for customer-facing field positions in Warsaw.
- A valid driving licence may be required for roles involving regular travel.
