Job Description
- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment.
- Set and adjust machine parameters according to production instructions.
- Prepare raw materials and components for production.
- Assemble, process, pack, and label products according to specifications.
- Perform visual and basic quality checks of finished products.
- Record production data and complete production documentation.
- Identify machine or product problems and report technical faults.
- Carry out basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Follow company procedures, production standards, and BHP (health & safety) requirements.
- Work closely with supervisors, maintenance technicians, and other production team members.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Previous production/manufacturing experience is an advantage but is not always required.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good manual skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to work standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights where required.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
- Basic technical skills are an advantage.
- Basic Polish or English may be required depending on the employer.
