Job Description
- Pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Check product names, quantities, and order details for accuracy.
- Pack products safely and securely for shipment.
- Label packages and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems to process orders.
- Sort, move, and organize products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods when required.
- Check products for damage or defects before packing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow warehouse procedures, health & safety rules, and company instructions.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect products to the supervisor.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is an advantage but often not required.
- Good physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift and move packages safely.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts where required.
- Basic knowledge of English or Polish may be required depending on the employer.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a responsible attitude.
