Sales Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.
Qualifications:
- Male Indian national, aged 35 or below.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or related field
- At least 1 year of UAE experience in the similar role within marine services and supplies or shipping logistics industry.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, commercial offers and proposals based on customer inquiries and RFQs.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager, technical teams, and suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and technical information.
- Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and confirmed orders, ensuring smooth coordination through to delivery/service execution.
- Maintain sales records, quotations, purchase orders, and related documentation while providing general administrative support to the sales team.
