Aircraft Finance Lawyer
Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level to senior Aircraft Finance Lawyer to join the in-house legal team of a leading Dubai-based aviation organisation on either an interim or permanent basis, commencing in November or December 2026. With a significant volume of work expected, the successful candidate will have strong aircraft finance experience and be able to hit the ground running, work autonomously, and provide practical, commercially focused legal advice from day one. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aircraft finance lawyer to work closely with the business on a significant pipeline of aviation finance matters within a fast-paced in-house environment.
Requirements
Qualified lawyer in a common-law or EU jurisdiction.
1. Mid-level to senior-level experience.
2. Strong aircraft finance experience is essential.
3. Trained at a top-tier international law firm.
4. Strong academic credentials from a top university.
5. Available to commence in November or December 2026.
6. Open to either an interim or permanent appointment.
Responsibilities Duties:
1. Advise on aircraft finance matters and related transactions.
2. Draft, review and negotiate aircraft finance and associated transactional documentation.
3. Provide practical and commercially focused legal advice to the business.
4. Manage matters autonomously within a busy in-house environment.
5. Identify and advise on legal and commercial risks.
6. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers as required.
7. Manage multiple workstreams and support a significant pipeline of aircraft finance matters.
