Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
- Strong network within relevant industries and a track record of successful client and candidate management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a passion for delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations is an advantage.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process between clients and candidates.
- Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants to enhance overall team performance.
- Achieve and exceed recruitment targets consistently while maintaining high-quality standards.
