Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing finishing works in construction projects, preferably in the UAE or similar markets.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities Duties:
- Manage and supervise all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, and ceiling works.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of finishing tasks.
- Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor workmanship quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and review finishing works schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Resolve any technical issues that arise during the finishing phase promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and client requirements.
- Assist in the procurement and quality control of materials for finishing works.
