Job Description

We are a MENA based Group in the maritime industry seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator to support digital marketing, research, data analysis, creative campaigns, and event planning. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate will help drive campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring smooth workflows and meeting tight deadlines. Based in Dubai, you will collaborate daily with teams and suppliers across all offices to ensure project success. - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years' experience in marketing or brand management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent grammar
- Digital knowledge
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
- Team player with problem-solving skills

Responsibilities Duties:

- Manage websites, social media accounts, and digital content ensuring regular posting and brand consistency.
- Support event planning and execution, including brainstorming, logistics, and pre- and post-event content for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with the Head of PR & Marketing on creative development, campaign execution, and coordination with designers. - Contribute fresh ideas and strategies to strengthen the brand both online and offline.
- Craft English-language content for articles, social media, videos, internal and external communications, and presentations.
- Oversee internal communications to ensure employees are informed about all marketing initiatives.
- Work with admin on tasks such as expense tracking, inventory management, third-party communications, and coordination across all our departments and offices.
