Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the international sales strategy for the company. Opening up business opportunities globally. The company is a well-established organisation within the FMCG industry, recognised for its premium product offerings and commitment to quality. It has a significant presence in the Middle East and a growing footprint in international markets.
* Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, food commodities, or agri-business.
* Proven experience handling bulk product volumes
* Experience managing domestic and/or international key accounts.
* Exposure to revenue and margin accountability.

Responsibilities Duties:

* Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
* Support and guide junior team members to improve performance and commercial capability.
* Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
* Represent the company professionally in all commercial interactions.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Negotiate and recommend bulk sales contracts within DOA-approved thresholds.
* Propose pricing and discount structures for approval in line with DOA.
* Commit volumes and delivery schedules in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
