Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ Years of Experience in PMC / Consultancy
• Strong High-Rise Building Experience
• UAE/GCC Experience Preferred
• PMP Certification is an Advantage
• Strong Leadership & Stakeholder Management Skills
Responsibilities Duties:
• Lead and manage the delivery of major projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations, and financial targets.
• Develop project execution plans, quality plans, and delivery schedules, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of progress.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subconsultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with authority requirements.
• Support procurement activities including subconsultant appointments and contract management.
• Manage project risk registers and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee design coordination, change management processes, and approvals.
• Attend and contribute to client, technical, and coordination meetings.
• Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across all stages of the project.
