Job Description
A Dubai-based international Shipping & Logistics company serving connecting continents with world-class maritime solutions.
- European nationals, aged 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 6 years of experience related to Recruitment
- Must be highly organized, energetic, proactive, smart, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- With proven background in high-volume and strategic hiring and must have experience in recruitment tools and portals (using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms)
Responsibilities Duties:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, networking, referrals, and strategic sourcing methods.
- Partner closely with leadership teams to drive hiring strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage recruitment analytics, ATS systems, hiring KPIs, and recruitment operations in a fast-paced growth environment
