Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Proven experience in construction permit applications and government approval procedures.
Strong knowledge of Al Ain and Abu Dhabi regulations, policies, and authority requirements.
Hands-on experience with TAMM and other government approval systems.
Familiarity with Municipality, Civil Defence, Environmental, Labour, and utility authority approval processes.
Experience in obtaining NOCs and construction permits for infrastructure or building projects.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
Responsibilities Duties:
Coordinate with local authorities and government departments in Al Ain regarding project approvals and permits.
Manage the application, submission, follow-up, and approval process for construction-related permits.
Liaise with relevant authorities including Municipality, Civil Defence, Environmental Authorities, Labour Authorities, and other government entities.
Process and obtain various approvals, permits, and NOCs (No Objection Certificates) required for project execution.
Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regulations, policies, and procedures.
Utilize TAMM and other government platforms to process applications and monitor approval status.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and government agencies to ensure timely permit acquisition.
Support project execution by securing permits for construction activities, special working hours, road occupation, excavation, utility connections, and other site operations.
Maintain accurate records of permits, approvals, and government correspondence.
