Job Description
As a Project Manager in our dynamic metal fabrication company based in Dubai, you will lead and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating resources and liaising between clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the metal fabrication industry or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project management software tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, standards, and safety regulations is highly desirable.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Plan, execute, and finalize metal fabrication projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
