The Director of Nursing provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units. This role ensures quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Active RN license.
- 8+ years of nursing experience with 5+ years in leadership.
