Job Description
The Associate – Land Use & Environmental provides legal counsel on land use, zoning, environmental compliance, permitting, and regulatory matters. This role supports clients through transactions, development projects, and administrative proceedings.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar membership.
- 3+ years of experience in land use or environmental law.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft legal documents, agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Advise clients regarding land use and environmental regulations.
- Support permitting and development projects.
- Represent clients before regulatory agencies and administrative bodies.
- Assist with due diligence and compliance reviews.
