Senior Graphic Designer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in stadium, sports venue, or major entertainment projects to join the project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality graphic design, environmental graphics, wayfinding, signage, branding, and visual communication solutions for major stadium and sports venue developments. The role requires a designer who can work closely with architects, interior designers, wayfinding specialists, engineers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure that the graphic design strategy is successfully integrated into the overall venue design.
Requirement
- Proven experience delivering stadium, sports venue, or major entertainment projects.
- Experience on FIFA / World Cup, Olympic, football, or other major sporting venue projects would be highly advantageous.
- Strong experience in stadium branding, environmental graphics, wayfinding, signage, fan experience, and large-format graphic applications.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, composition, colour, branding, and visual communication.
- Ability to understand architectural drawings and coordinate graphic elements within the built environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary architectural and engineering consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of 3D visualisation software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience working on major international sporting events, particularly FIFA-related projects, would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities Duties:
- Develop creative concepts and graphic design solutions for stadiums, sports venues, entertainment destinations, and large-scale developments.
- Develop environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding, branding, and visual communication systems.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, concept boards, artwork, layouts, and visualisations.
- Translate project requirements and brand guidelines into effective graphic design solutions.
- Coordinate graphic design requirements with architects, interior designers, wayfinding/signage specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Produce detailed artwork and design packages suitable for fabrication and implementation.
- Coordinate with signage manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, and specialist consultants to ensure design intent is maintained through production and installation.
- Develop fan experience and visitor journey graphics, including entrances, concourses, hospitality areas, public spaces, retail areas, and spectator zones.
- Review drawings, artwork, mock-ups, samples, and production submissions.
- Participate in design reviews, workshops, presentations, and client meetings.
- Manage multiple design deliverables while maintaining quality, accuracy, and project deadlines.
- Provide creative guidance and mentoring to junior designers.
