Hotel Duty Technician
Job Description
A prominent, 5 Star hotel in Malta, Europe offering high-end Mediterranean-style hospitality to its guests.
Qualifications:
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Minimum 4 years of continuous experience as a Junior Hotel Technician within a single 5-star hotel in Dubai, with stable employment history.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and safety knowledge, with all-around maintenance skills covering electrical, plumbing, basic AC/HVAC, carpentry, and finishing works.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Carry out daily inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across guest rooms
- Diagnose and resolve faults involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC/air-conditioning, mechanical, pumps, motors, lighting, and other MEP systems.
- Perform Duty Technician responsibilities, including scheduled plant-room rounds, equipment readings, operational checks, and reporting of abnormalities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance calls and guest-room issues, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently.
