Requirements
• Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician / Kitchen Maintenance Technician, preferably within hotels, hospitality, or commercial kitchens.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and gas systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, breakdown repair, and equipment installation/commissioning.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, fire-safety, food hygiene, and manufacturer maintenance standards.
Responsibilities Duties:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment, appliances, refrigeration, gas, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns promptly, including burners, valves, thermostats, electrical connections, control panels, and refrigeration units.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all kitchen equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimum downtime.
• Support equipment installation, relocation, commissioning, inspections, and testing, while maintaining repair records and critical spare-parts availability.
