FM Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive FM Coordinator to join our facility management team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance activities, coordinate vendors, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support the smooth operation of facilities. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in facility management or coordination role is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Proficient in using facility management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of local regulations and best practices related to facility management in the UAE is a plus.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day maintenance and facility operations to ensure seamless functionality.
- Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, scheduling, and monitoring performance to ensure quality service delivery.
- Support budget tracking and report on expenses related to facility management activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records, including service logs, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
- Facilitate communication between facility management, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with space planning and allocation in coordination with relevant departments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing facility services and efficiency.
