Senior Accountant
Job Description
A trusted consultancy firm offering Accounting & Bookkeeping services, based in Dubai
Qualifications:
- 48 years old and below; At least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years Accounting UAE exp handling Gen Ledger, VAT, Reconciliations, budgeting & Financial reporting.
- Proficient in Accounting software and Microsoft tools.
- Ability to effectively multitask, manage time-sensitive financial documents, meet deadlines.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Prepare periodic financial statements, cash flow reports, KPI reports and account reconciliations,
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including payments, banking, petty cash, credit cards, invoicing, payroll entries and general ledger activities.
- Prepare VAT reports, maintain tax compliance and support FTA VAT audits, internal audits and external audits.
- Support budgeting, financial modelling, cost/revenue analysis, cash-flow forecasting and internal control improvements in coordination with the Group Accounting Manager
