General Helper
Job Description
We are seeking hardworking and physically fit General Helpers to support daily activities at construction sites and other work locations in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will assist skilled workers, handle materials, maintain housekeeping, and perform general duties while following site safety and company requirements.
Key Skills :
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Good teamwork and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of safety and PPE.
- Hardworking, reliable, and disciplined.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Able to work outdoors and in demanding site conditions.
Required Experience, Education & Skills:
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Education: Basic education preferred.
- UAE/GCC construction or site experience is an advantage.
- No specific trade certificate required.
- Physically fit and capable of manual work.
- Willing to work shifts and follow site requirements.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Assist skilled workers and supervisors with daily activities.
- Load, unload, carry, and arrange materials and tools.
- Assist with construction and general site activities as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the workplace.
- Collect and dispose of waste safely.
- Prepare and organize tools and materials.
- Follow instructions from the Foreman/Supervisor.
- Follow UAE HSE requirements and use required PPE.
- Report unsafe conditions or damaged tools to the Supervisor.
- Perform other general duties as assigned.
