Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for directing company-wide operations, optimizing service delivery models, and managing operational expenditure. The role drives structural efficiency, process automation, and cross-departmental productivity.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Management, or Engineering; Master’s/MBA preferred.

6–8 years of progressive operational experience, including 3+ years in a senior management role.
Preferred Skills

Proven team leadership, Lean/Six Sigma optimization capability, and budget management skills.

Clear strategic decision-making and cross-functional leadership qualities.

Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute long-term operational strategies, workflow structures, and resource plans.

Prepare operational budget projections, productivity scorecards, and executive risk reviews.

Review operational performance metrics to identify friction points, implementing process fixes.

Coordinate with C-suite executives, site directors, vendor partners, and regulatory authorities.

Monitor service level agreement (SLA) metrics to maintain high quality standards.

Maintain absolute compliance with local UAE labor codes, health/safety standards, and company policies.
