Job Description
The HR Specialist is responsible for managing specific HR functions, such as performance management systems, employee relations, and HR policy execution. The role maintains operational alignment between workforce activities and corporate policies.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline; SHRM or CIPD certification is preferred.

4–6 years of specialized experience in corporate human resources.

Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute annual performance review steps, employee engagement initiatives, and exit surveys.

Prepare HR policy drafts, training gap reviews, and employee relations documentation.

Review workplace grievances and policy compliance issues to recommend fair resolutions.

Coordinate with departmental managers, external training providers, and legal advisors.

Monitor workforce compliance metrics and review HR practices against updated labor regulations.

Maintain complete compliance with internal company standards and UAE Labor Law requirements.
